To book, you need to trust a program with a login and personal data. That is why the most important question is where that data ends up. With GrabMyTurn, the answer is: on your computer.
GrabMyTurn is a program installed on your Windows PC. It opens Prenot@mi inside itself and saves what you fill in to local files: your form profiles, your attachments and your login.
Those files are yours. You can open them, correct them, export them or delete them whenever you want. If you uninstall the app, they remain under your control, and there is no copy of ours to recover or leak.
Your Prenot@mi email and password are stored with the data protection built into Windows (DPAPI). This means only your user account, on this computer, can open them. Another user on the same computer, or another computer with a copy of the file, cannot.
The app never sends these credentials to our servers. Not for the license, not for support, not for reports.
There is no robot of ours logging in to your account from a distant server. Actions happen inside the app, on your computer, from your clicks. When the portal asks for a CAPTCHA or an OTP, the app stops and warns you.
The app only works on the official Prenot@mi addresses. It refuses to act on any other site.
If you join the waitlist on this site, we keep your email, the consulate or embassy you type in (if you choose to provide it), the language of the page and the page you came from. We use this data only to let you know about the launch and to send the download link. To leave the list, write to [email protected]. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep robots out, and its script is only loaded when you start filling in the form.
For the license to work, we keep your sign-up email, the status of your plan and the identifier of the authorized devices. For the license to be personal, the app also sends an irreversible signature (hash) of your Prenot@mi account email. The original address cannot be recovered from that signature.
If you keep the technical reports option turned on, the app sends operating information (such as the structure of the portal forms and filtered error logs) so that we can fix failures. These reports do not include personal data, passwords, profiles, cookies or OTPs. You can turn the option off in the settings.
Payment is handled in the payment processor's environment. Your card details do not pass through our servers.
