What is GrabMyTurn?

It is a Windows app that makes booking on Prenot@mi faster and less tiring, for a fraction of the price of a booking agent. It runs on your computer, uses your own account and takes care of the repetitive work: it fills in the login and the form with the details you have already saved, puts the attachments back, keeps an eye on the calendar and tries again when the site fails.

Is GrabMyTurn affiliated with Prenot@mi or with the consulate?

No. GrabMyTurn is independent software. It has no relationship with, approval from or support from Prenot@mi, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, consulates or any government. Prenot@mi is a trademark of its respective owners and is mentioned here only to indicate the service the app works with.

Does the app guarantee that I will get an appointment?

No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. Slots are released by the consulate, in limited numbers, and competition is fierce. What GrabMyTurn does is cut errors and wasted time so you arrive ready and do not waste attempts, but it does not create slots or guarantee a result.

Does my Prenot@mi password go to your servers?

No. Your Prenot@mi email and password are stored only on your computer, encrypted with the protection built into Windows, which only your user account can open. We never send that information over the internet.

Does the app solve CAPTCHAs for me?

No. When the portal asks for a CAPTCHA, the app stops and warns you. That step is always yours.

How does the Complete plan pass work?

You choose a 30-day or 90-day pass and pay once. The Complete plan stays active for the whole period, counted from the purchase. When the pass ends, the app goes back to the Free plan, and your saved profiles and data stay on your computer.
